(1) Section 10A of the National Bank Act. For the purpose of determining the transaction amount limit, considering the field, topic and nature of the transaction, different amount limits can be set for different transactions.
(2) The National Bank may consult the relevant regulatory or implementing government agency when setting the transaction amount limit in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) When the National Bank sets the limit of the transaction amount according to sub-rule (1) or changes such limit, it shall also put the notification on its website.
